Tomorrow Today: A Transworld Surf Movie
If you like watching radical airs, deep barrels, and the world’s best surfers ripping in perfect waves, then Tomorrow Today is for you. Tomorrow Today is all about the progression that we expected to see in the future happening with top surfers today. This surf movie by Transworld Surf is 30 minutes long, featuring Clay Marzo, Mike Losness, Dane Reynolds, Yadin Nicol, and Bobby Martinez. It also has small clips of other surfers and short commentaries by each of the featured riders.
My favorite section in Tomorrow Today is Clay Marzo’s. His section comes first in the film and provides a good hook to get you into the movie. Clay pulls some of the most unique maneuvers I have ever seen on a surfboard, and it’s always fascinating to watch some new footage of him. Dane Reynolds’ ending section is also pretty amazing, so you’ll have to watch the whole thing to make sure you see at least those two sections.
This Transworld Surf movie was produced by Metalstorm Entertainment and sponsored by DC Shoes and Quiksilver. Here is what Quiksilver’s Vice President of Marketing, Greg Macias, has to say about it. “This film is going to fry the rewind function on your DVD player…Dane, Bobby, Clay, Yadin and Mike’s surfing provide the next generation’s ‘how to innovate’ video.” If you’re still not sure if you want to buy this surf movie, check out this trailer:
