Using Google Maps To Find Surf Spots

There is around 217,500 miles of coastline in the world. That is a lot of coastline. All that coastline provides for a lot of surf spots that have already been discovered and a lot that are still just pumping surf without anyone in the lineup.

Wavewatch.com is a website dedicated to providing surfers with reports and forecasting of beaches around the world. They aren’t as popular as Surfline, but have very similar features. They have live cams, forecasts, surf-news and videos. They even have an iPhone app.
